Enclosed is my $300 deposit for tuition I understand that half of the tuition is due six weeks
before the course starts and the balance of the tuition fee is due on or before the first day of class, 
I also understand that if I have chosen option 1  the  payment for the Mobile Tool Kit is due six weeks
before class. I understand that if I cancel this application, once accepted, I need to cancel within
two weeks of recieving my letter of acceptance dates, or I forfeit the deposit. I also understand
that tuition payment is non refundable (unless a medical certificate is presented).
I fully assume all responsibility for any accident or injury, which I may suffer during the
period  of enrolment as well as any compensation time allowed by the academy for any reason. 
I further release and discharge the academy, its owners and operators, horse owners
and owners of the land upon which any classes are taking place,
in all manner of suits, action and causes of action.
